Life coaching is an investment in yourself and your life.  Few things in life are as important and beneficial as being intentional about your personal growth and pursuing a meaningful life.  You have one life to fully show-up, for the people you love and the things that are important to you.  The investment and commitment are part of the journey.

This may be your first experience with life coaching and you are wondering if it’s for you.

It’s natural to approach something new with a sense of hesitancy, maybe even fear. My goal in coaching is to create a safe, comfortable space for you to come just as you are. Coaching is a partnership that is about you and your life, in whatever areas you’d like to focus. It’s likely that you don’t often take the time to think about who you are, what you want, where you want to go, how you’ll get there. Through conversation we’ll explore areas where you feel stuck, new perspectives and possibilities, and action steps that will help you move forward toward what you want. You may even identify and reach for dreams you’ve been reluctant to name. This is your journey. I would love to walk with you for a while and cheer you on as you move more fully into a life of purpose, meaning, and joy.

Taking action is a distinctive of the coaching process.  Your coaching sessions will help you move along your path by identifying the progressive outcomes on the way to achieving your larger goal or dream.  We’ll break the outcomes down into next steps, identifying possible obstacles and strategies for overcoming them, and a specific plan of action.

If you prefer to book and pay for one session at a time, this option let’s you try coaching and pay for each session as you go.

Enneagram sessions differ from traditional coaching sessions, focusing specifically on personal growth through the Enneagram framework. The Enneagram Coaching Package consists of six detailed sessions. For optimal results, it is advised to schedule these sessions at a minimum of every other week. This consistency is crucial in preserving continuity and enhancing the benefits obtained from Enneagram insights. Learn more about Enneagram sessions here.

Six 55 Minute Sessions / $360 Package

You will pay $60 per session when you book each session individually.
